CueMix FX is a software front-end with attractive graphic mixing, graphic editing of EQ and a convenient tabbed interface. In my opinion it should be possible, every old synth with a MIDI hynrid can do that. Tweak the mix on site using the back-lit LCD and front-panel controls. Its software interface CUEMIX is versatile and allows you an incredible range of adjustements and control utralite on input and output, even before reaching your computer.
The sound was clean and my system ran very smoothly throughout a long set. This is my move to Mac as Microsoft support and programing was buggy and virus ridden. Rated 5 out of 5 hybrjd Shane T. Can it be adjusted by Software or only on the soundcard interface which I try to avoid using. Overall I am very happy, the ins and outs on the unit are sufficient for my current needs with room to grow, the sound is great and the build quality is sound.
My question is also if it’s possible when connected to the Mac. I haven’t tried programming the unit via the buttons on the front panel but I could see this being a little time consuming.
I was new to audio interfaces, so I had a bit of trouble understanding the functionality at first, but the folks at MOTU were VERY responsive to my emails, quick and detailed responses to get me on my way. Multiple CueMix FX mixes, create different monitor mixes for the main outs and headphones.
