Beta-titanium is high-octane supreme. You can tell when you hit it square and don’t, but the center hits do not feel extremely solid. Now, the head is a different story. The ball explodes off of the face and the driver allows for much workability such as cutting the ball low under the wind with a simple tee-height change and placement in stance.

Posted 28 June – In this age of exotic shafts, consumers want to see a big-name shaft in a driver, not a proprietary model. As an engineer, I know that some of that yardage must be attributed to a poor fit on my last club Talormadeeven though I had it “fit”: GolfWRX – the world’s largest and best online golf community.
I have absolute confidence now that I am going to be in the fairway.
MacGregor MacTec NVG2 Draw 460CC Drivers
Macgregor really has something here four it’s funny that I’ve only discovered this years after its arrival on the market. Posted 19 March – The stock Fujikura shaft is good, especially for those with a smooth tempo. Yes, beta-titanium is expensive.
Better materials always are. I do not have a tour model available to demo. I hit that thing many times with different shafts and never was real impressed.
Amazing performance for an amazi ng price. I would liken it to a pured line drive from a heavy 33 ounce easton, in baseball terms.
