Does anyone know if this has changed? My Comcast DCH can “see” my external drive according to the General Status menus , but I can’t figure out any way to use it as a recording device. There is an issue with the display freezing up occasionally while the audio continues ok, and anything being recorded will be ok. The drivers need to be installed on a bit operating system.
